For Property Owners & Agents
We work with property owners, landlords and agents across England who want reliable, proceedable investors for suitable residential, commercial or mixed-use property. Our role is to source serious investor buyers, package the opportunity clearly and help everyone move forward in a professional, transparent way.
Who we work with
We are best suited to:
-
Residential landlords looking to sell tenanted or vacant property to an investor
-
Owners of small blocks, HMOs or mixed-use buildings (for example, flats above shops)
-
Owners of high-street or commercial property who want an investor buyer rather than an owner-occupier
-
Estate and commercial agents with instructions where an investor purchaser may be appropriate and collaboration is welcome
What we offer you
Our aim is to make things straightforward for you by:
-
Introducing pre-qualified investors who are actively looking for deals
-
Presenting the key information in a clear, structured deal pack
-
Keeping communication clear and transparent, so everyone knows where they stand
-
Respecting existing agency relationships and working in line with professional standards
How we work with property owners & agents
Step 1 – Initial conversation and property details
We start with a straightforward conversation about the property and your aims, timing, price expectations, any existing agency instructions and whether there are tenants in place. We’ll ask for basic details, photos and documents so we can understand the opportunity properly.
Step 2 – Assessment and matching to investors
We review the property against the types of deals our investors are looking for. If it appears to be a good fit, we prepare a clear summary and share it with suitable investors from our list. We focus on realistic pricing and honest presentation, not hype or inflated figures.
Step 3 – Viewings, offers and progression
If one of our investors wants to move forward, we introduce them to you or your instructed agent. You remain in control of which offer you accept. From there, you and your solicitors handle the legal process in the usual way. We stay in touch to help keep communication clear, but we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
What we need from you
To give your property the best chance of being a good match for our investors, we ask for:
-
Accurate basic information – address, property type, size and key features
-
Honest disclosure of any issues we should be aware of (tenancies, repairs, title points)
-
Realistic expectations on price and timescale
-
Access for viewings where appropriate, arranged through you or your instructed agent
If the property is already listed with an agent, you’ll need to ensure that any introduction via KRM sits comfortably with your existing agency agreement.
