Our role is to source and package these deals, deliver structured information, and support you in making confident, well-informed investment decisions.

  • Understand that all property investment carries risk and that no outcomes are guaranteed

How we work with Investors

Step 1 – We understand your goals and criteria

We start by getting to know you properly, your budget, strategy, preferred locations, timescale and attitude to risk. The more open you are with us, the better we can filter out the noise and focus on opportunities that genuinely fit you, rather than filling your inbox with deals that don’t feel right.

Step 2 – We do the legwork and present clear deal packs

Once we understand what you’re looking for, we go out and do the legwork for you. We search for opportunities that appear to match your criteria and prepare clear deal packs with:

  • Headline numbers

  • Key assumptions and relevant comparables

  • Main discussion points for your professional advisers

  • How we reduce unknowns: Our Deal Packs follow a structured information framework that captures material facts early (tenure, utilities, restrictions, building safety, planning and environmental considerations). For residential opportunities we use a Propertymark-aligned Property Information Questionnaire approach to ensure the right questions are asked up front.

We do not promise or guarantee specific figures or outcomes. The packs are there to give you a realistic picture so you and your advisers can decide whether a deal is worth taking further.

Step 3 – You stay in control, we stay by your side

You always make the final decision on which opportunities to pursue. When you choose to move forward, you instruct your own solicitor, broker, surveyor and any other professional advisers to carry out full due diligence and progress the transaction. If you do not already have a professional team in place, we can introduce you to solicitors, brokers, surveyors and other advisers from our trusted network, they will act independently on your behalf.

Our role is to introduce the deal, present the information clearly and remain on hand to support you through the process. We do not provide financial, tax, legal or regulated investment advice.
